Świdnicka Vineyard
The Świdnicka Vineyard was established in 2004 in the town of Makowice (next to Świdnica) on an area of nearly 4 ha. Its picturesque location on a hill overlooking the surrounding Sowie Mountains, Wałbrzyskie Mountains and the Ślęża Massif attracts many enthusiasts of wine tours. The vineyard is situated on four plots with completely different soil properties. One of them, located on a high steep slope, has a cascade, which is rare in Poland and fits beautifully into the local landscape.
In the area
In the vicinity there is a historic Makowice palace from the end of the 19th century, located in a charming park and pond complex.
