The “Dwa Wzgórze” vineyard is situated on the border of Roztocze, the Lublin Upland and the Sandomierz Basin. Heavy clay soils and light sandy soils offer many possibilities for creating wines that are unique in taste. The first grapes were planted in 2015 on an area of ​​60 ares, and to this day the vineyard consists of plots with a total size of almost 2 hectares. About 7,500 vines grow in this area.

Polish wine

The varieties grown for white wine and “First Mróz” are: Seyval Blanc, Bianca, Hibernal, Vidal Blanc and Jutrzenka for gray wine: Leon Millot, Rondo and Marechal Foch. Grapes are grown organically from the very beginning, because this is the only way they can give the highest quality juice, which later produces a wine with a unique taste and aroma.
